First Worldwide Adobe Photoshop Competition Launched by NAPP

"The deadline for submissions is Sat., Dec. 31, 2005 at 12:00 midnight, and each entrant may submit up to three pieces for consideration by a panel of judges, which includes some of the leading names in the Photoshop industry today. The entry fee is $35 per piece and $25 per piece for NAPP members."
