"googlebar" emulates Google's IE-only toolbar in Firefox or Mozilla

This is a pretty faithful emulation of Google's IE toolbar. It is rumored that Google will be coming out with its own toolbar for Firefox, however until that time Google actually recommends googlebar as an option.
