While this animation is not very new, it seems quite relevant in light of Bush's latest budget. A very interesting perspective presented by Ben Cohen (or cartoon of him that is) that dispels the notion that we don't have enough $ to fund programs that we need. He suggests that we could take a small portion of the huge Pentagon budget to help make our country better.
